Paralegal Services are designed and intended to provide a low cost alternative to hiring an attorney for parties involved in a legal dispute.  This alternative will allow them to enter into the court system with that dispute by hiring somebody else to prepare the necessary documentation for them.

There is a growing need for alternatives to expensive litigation in our society and the provisioning of these services by attorney supervised paralegals, legal assistants or legal document preparation specialists is one way this need is being met.

Paralegals, Legal Documentation Preparation Services, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services, Attorney Limited Scope Representation and other forms of legal assistance with less formal attorney involvement in the process are all working to make legal services more available and affordable to people of all walks of life.

Here at Integrity Legal Services we have brought together a group of individuals with varying degrees of skill and training in legal document preparation, legal research and other forms of assistance which may be provided to individuals, families and businesses with little or no direct attorney interaction with the client.  This method of providing legal services using non-attorneys under the supervision of a licensed attorney provides a method of leveraging the attorneys time and often drastically reducing the final cost to you, the consumer of legal services.

California Law requires that all legal services where clients are given advice on aspects of the legal system, how to process or prosecute cases or claims, what paperwork is required to initiate or continue a court case and how to complete that documentation, is to be administered by a licensed attorney or a trained professional working under the supervision of an attorney.

Most of the other so-called independent "paralegal," "legal assistant" or "document preparation" services are operating outside of the law.  This creates the risk for you, the paying client, that your case will be poorly handled by somebody who is not properly trained or supervised in providing the legal advice that you are seeking resulting in your paying money for services you may never properly receive and a case you may lose without ever getting to be heard on the actual merit of your case.

What we offer at Integrity Legal Services are professionally provided services in the selection and preparation of your documentation, along with instruction on the procedures for filing and serving your legal documents so that your case will be properly heard in the appropriate court.  These services are provided under the supervision of an experienced and licensed California attorney who is a member in good standing of the California Bar Association.
