One significant advantage to working with us is that we do not have any interest in becoming your formal legal counsel or representative. We have no bias to present your matter to you with emphasis on your strengths or to de-emphasize your weaknesses. It is an unfortunate circumstance of our adversary system of law that the process itself presents many obstacles or discouraging hurdles to overcome. Clients often find themselves wishing they had just allowed the wrong to go unchallenged rather than endure the litigation, or even pre-litigation process. As a result, many lawyers do not want to discourage actual or potential clients further and carefully avoid placing too much emphasis on the problems and hardships the client is likely to endure as they travel that path. Unfortunately, many clients begin to feel that their attorney actually misled them. This often results in broken trust with their attorney, changing attorneys, etc.

In most cases we simply provide an un-biased legal evaluation regarding the strengths and weaknesses of your potential claims or arguments. We will assess, in our opinion, what you can expect (not how likely you are to win or lose in litigation) to experience if you pursue your rights in the disputed matter further.We will explore various options you may have for pursuing your case. We will inform you as to the legal theories that do, or may, apply to your situation. We will let you know what you can expect regarding process, from litigation, alternative dispute resolution (ADR), administrative complaints, facts you will need to prove your case and other issues as they may apply to the matter for which you seek guidance.
