There may be limited occasions wherein a client my decide to request our assistance in the resolution of the matter in dispute. We will generally decline further representation of such client. We do prefer not to participate in formal litigation hearings. We are willing however to represent a client in the negotiation of their dispute. We may write some letters in their name initially or to switch out of that role altogether. If letters or phone calls will resolve the dispute more expeditiously we will implement that process/
If, at some point, this process fails to produce a result and litigation is initiated by either party it would become necessary for you to obtain other legal counsel to represent you.
